Cycling is one of my pastimes. My oldest daughter, who is now six, started her cycling career by riding behind me in a Trek Transit trailer when she was two. Even though Burley also makes top-rated trailers, we chose the Trek. We felt its build quality was better and, feature for feature, a better value than the similarly priced Burley.

This site is a new project for me. I’ve always admired companies and organizations that do customer service well and, at the same time, have wondered how other organizations can continue to exist when they treat customers poorly. This humble blog, then, will chronicle some of my family’s experiences in the world of service and, hopefully, enable the site’s visitors to provide better service.
